My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The place is lovely to relax but lacks professional courtesy. Everything is priced in euros, making simple things like a bottle of water overpriced. The rooms had an unpleasant smell when the air conditioning was on, and being all on one floor was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were moody, unprofessional, and not friendly at all. They even used tricks to overcharge, like displaying prices in Turkish Lira but charging in euros. However, Esra Ozpinar was very helpful.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom featuring a standing tub/shower. The staff was fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed. However, the location was a bit of a letdown being far from central areas like Taksim Square, with limited dining options nearby. Despite that, the hotel is ideal for exploring the old town of Istanbul.

The level of hospitality and customer service at the hotel was exceptional. Special thanks to the lady who greeted us and Mrs Essra for taking great care of all the guests. They even offered the choice between a fixed price and meter charges for transportation options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to everything in Istanbul, although a bit noisy if you're facing the main road. The dining experience was good overall but could have had more variety. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the shuttle service to Taksim square.
